Butterfly valves are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for controlling flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. Operating principle: The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is done by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
Pneumatic actuator with return springs PA-SA-85 is designed for automation of the control process of quarter-turn pipeline valves. The principle of operation of the pneumatic actuator with return springs is based on the movement of the built-in piston due to compressed air, which enters the system from the compressor line prepared. During operation, the cylinder piston performs translational-rotational movement. Air is supplied only on one side of the piston, and the piston is returned by the action of a return spring. In such cylinders, the return spring reduces the forward force developed by the cylinder under the action of compressed air, and the force at return to the initial position is determined by the stiffness and degree of compression of the spring.
