Shipping policy

DNOVA ships industrial valves and pipeline equipment worldwide, with a focus on clients in the MENA and LATAM regions. Our shipments depart from the Port of Ningbo, one of China’s largest and most efficient deep-sea ports. We offer flexible shipping options under international Incoterms, and support our clients with logistics planning and documentation.

Where We Ship

We deliver to the following primary regions and countries:

  • MENA (Middle East & North Africa): Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt
  • LATAM (Latin America): Mexico, Peru, Chile

Additional destinations can be supported upon request.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

Incoterm Description
EXW (Ex Works) – Ningbo Customer arranges pickup from our facility. Full responsibility transfers at the warehouse gate.
FOB (Free on Board) – Ningbo Port We deliver goods to Ningbo Port and handle export customs. Buyer arranges sea freight and beyond.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) – on request We manage full shipment to destination port, including marine insurance. Buyer handles unloading and customs clearance.

All shipping terms are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.

Estimated Shipping Time (Port to Port)

These are average port-to-port transit times from Ningbo Port. Times do not include production, customs, or inland delivery.

MENA Region:

  • Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: 20–25 days
  • Dammam, Saudi Arabia: 22–28 days
  • Jebel Ali (Dubai), UAE: 18–24 days
  • Alexandria, Egypt: 20–26 days

LATAM Region:

  • Manzanillo, Mexico: 23–30 days
  • Callao, Peru: 28–35 days
  • San Antonio, Chile: 30–38 days

Production time: usually 7–14 business days after payment.

Who Organizes the Shipping?

You may choose:

  1. Customer-arranged shipping – Provide your forwarder’s details. We coordinate release from our facility or Ningbo port (EXW / FOB).
  2. DNOVA-arranged shipping – On request, we organize CIF delivery. Quotation includes freight + insurance to destination port.

We do not currently support courier delivery (DHL, UPS) for industrial equipment.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery port
  • Cargo volume/weight (CBM/tons)
  • Container type (LCL / FCL)
  • Chosen Incoterm (FOB / CIF)

All logistics costs are confirmed in the commercial offer or Proforma Invoice.

Shipping Documentation

Each order includes:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Bill of Lading

Optional (on request): ISO 9001 Certificate, CE Declaration of Conformity, Product Test Reports, Third-Party Inspection Report (if applicable)

Packing

All products are packed in seaworthy export-grade wooden crates or reinforced pallets, labeled with product codes and gross weight.

Important Notes

  • Transit times are estimates and may vary due to port conditions, weather, or customs delays.
  • Import clearance and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • Insurance for CIF shipments is provided by our standard carrier unless instructed otherwise.
