Description
Electric actuator DNOVA TW-500-XD220 is used as an actuator to complete automatic control systems in heating, ventilation and hot water supply circuits, individual heating stations and other heat supply facilities. DNOVA control valves are designed for hermetic shut-off or change of flow rate of the working medium flowing through the pipeline at pressure not more than 1.6 MPa (16 atm) and medium temperature from +5°C to +150°C.
Body of DNOVA single-seat bore valve is made of gray cast iron.
The valve body is fitted with a nameplate with basic information about the product.
Connection to the pipeline is flanged.
The DNOVA control valve with electric actuator is used for cold and hot water, ethylene glycol solution and other media not aggressive to body materials, temperature value of which does not exceed 150°C and nominal pressure up to 1.6 MPa.
The valve is controlled by electric actuator Katrabel TW-500-XD220. The force developed by the actuator is transferred through the stem to the plunger, which, moving up or down, changes the area of the passage section in the gate and regulates the flow rate of the working medium.
Katrabel TW electric actuators are designed for automatic control of shut-off and control seat valves type TL...,TF..... with stem stroke up to 70 mm, in heating, hot water supply, ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential buildings, institutions, etc.
Electric actuators are connected to regulators or controllers with three-position or proportional output signals. They are manufactured without return spring and have nominal force from 500N to 5000N depending on the actuator type.
Electric actuators are manufactured without limit switches and the end positions of the stem are determined electronically by the device. The actuators are mounted on threaded or flanged valves DN15-DN500
