Description
The butterfly valve is designed to be used as a shut-off or control valve to control flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes in the food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. The valves are opened and closed by rotating the disk by 90°. The triple eccentricity design reduces friction at the contact points of the disk and seat, which increases the reliability and service life of this valve. With this design, the stem is offset relative to the central axis of the disk and the central axis of the pipeline, and the sealing surfaces have an asymmetric shape. The combination of three offsets at the moment of pressing and opening the sealing surfaces ensures a complete absence of friction of the sealing surfaces, helping to minimize wear of the seat and seal throughout the service life of the valve.
Pneumatic actuators DNOVA double-acting rotary PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed to automate the process of industrial valve control at a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
The pneuatic distributor is used to change the direction, start, stop compressed air flows in the pneumatic system depending on the external control action.
The air preparation unit is designed to clean compressed air from droplet moisture and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at a given level, supply lubricant from the tank to the compressed air flow to the elements of the pneumatic system.
