Shipping policy

DNOVA ships industrial valves, actuators and pipeline equipment from the Port of Ningbo, China to customers in North America first: the United States, Canada and Mexico. Shipping is quoted for each order by a manager, and nothing leaves our warehouse until you approve the price and the freight.
How an order ships
- Order or request a quote. Shipping is not charged at checkout. A manager prepares a freight quote for your destination, weight and volume.
- Approve. You confirm the price, the shipping method and the Incoterm. We send a Proforma Invoice with the agreed terms.
- Production and packing. Usually 7–14 business days after approval and payment. Made-to-specification items are confirmed in the quotation.
- Dispatch. We hand the cargo to the carrier or to your forwarder and send the shipping documents and tracking details.
Delivery time to North America
Estimated time from order approval and payment to arrival at the destination port or airport. It includes production and export clearance in China, and excludes import clearance and delivery inland. Estimates, not guarantees.

Air freight suits small and urgent orders. Sea freight is the economical choice for heavy or bulky cargo. Both are quoted so you can compare.
Shipping terms (Incoterms)

The agreed term is written on the Proforma Invoice.
Who arranges the freight
- Your forwarder. Send us their details. We coordinate release from our facility or from Ningbo Port (EXW or FOB).
- DNOVA. On request we quote freight to your port or airport, with insurance for CIF shipments.
We do not currently ship industrial equipment by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx).

Every logistics cost is shown in the quotation or Proforma Invoice before you approve it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import clearance, duties and taxes at the destination depend on the goods and on the country. Who pays them, and who arranges clearance, is stated in the quotation. We provide the documents your customs broker needs.

Packing
Products are packed for export in wooden crates or reinforced pallets, labelled with product codes and gross weight. Ask us if you need special marking or packaging for your warehouse.
Other regions
We also ship to the Middle East and North Africa (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt) and to Latin America (Peru, Chile). Typical port-to-port sea transit from Ningbo: Jeddah 20–25 days, Jebel Ali 18–24 days, Alexandria 20–26 days, Callao 28–35 days, San Antonio 30–38 days. Other destinations are available on request.
Please note
- Transit times are estimates. Port congestion, weather, carrier schedules and customs inspections can change them.
- Check the goods and the packaging on delivery and tell us within 14 days of delivery if anything arrives damaged or wrong (see the Refund policy).
