By accessing the site or submitting a quotation request (RFQ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. B2B Nature of Service
Our website is designed for business-to-business (B2B) use only. DNOVA does not sell directly to individual consumers. All product information, pricing, and offers are for commercial customers, resellers, contractors, and industrial buyers.
2. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
The website allows users to submit non-binding requests for quotations (RFQs).
We will reply to each RFQ with a tailored Proforma Invoice (PI) or commercial offer. Only upon acceptance of the PI and receipt of payment does a binding contract form.
3. Products & Customization
Most of our products are manufactured to order. The following terms apply:
- Items may differ slightly from visuals depending on specifications and region.
- DNOVA reserves the right to modify technical details to improve performance without prior notice.
- Products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
All product content, images, designs, and technical descriptions are the property of DNOVA or its suppliers.
No part of the site may be copied or reused without prior written consent.
5. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

- Delays in email communication or response to RFQs.
