Description
The butterfly valve is designed to be used as a shut-off or control valve for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply, in technological processes in the food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Operating principle: The valves open and close by turning the disk 90°. Opening is done by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
DNOVA pneumatic rotary actuators, double-acting PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves at a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the end positions of the valve shut-off element: valve, tap or butterfly valve. It is installed on top of the surface of the pneumatic actuator and is connected to the drive shaft according to the DIN standard. The sealed box usually contains two sensors that monitor the position of the drive shaft and signal in extreme positions. OMRON microswitches, inductive sensors or reed switches are used as sensors.
The manual doubler with a worm gear and a reduction gear HDM allows you to manually set the required positioning of the shut-off element by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual doubler is designed to provide the most effective and efficient solution for the entire range of manual override tasks.
