Description
The WBV1331E-2W-F butterfly valve is designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for controlling flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise. Pneumatic rotary actuators are designed for automation of industrial valves control process. Pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of end positions of the valve shut-off body: valve, tap or disk gate. It is mounted on top of the pneumatic actuator surface and connected to the actuator shaft in DIN standard. The sealed box usually contains two sensors, which monitor the position of the actuator shaft and signalize in extreme positions. OMRON microswitches, inductive sensors or reed switches are used as sensors
