Description
A stainless steel ball valve is a reliable and versatile device for controlling the flow of liquids and gases in various industrial sectors. Double-acting pneumatic rotary actuators and pneumatic rotary actuators with return springs are designed for automation of control process of industrial shut-off valves - gates, ball valves. DNOVA pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.
Pneumatic valves are used for control in pneumatic systems having NAMUR docking surface, for installation of valves through through holes in the housing.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signalling of the valve end positions. It is mounted on top of the pneumatic actuator surface and connected to the actuator shaft - DIN standard. The sealed box usually contains two sensors which monitor the position of the actuator shaft and signalise the end positions. Visual indication of the position can be observed on the unit body there is a 3D visual indicator RED-CLOSED and GREEN-OPEN.
The AFC2000 DNOVA air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at a preset level, supply lubricant from a reservoir in the compressed air flow to the pneumatic system elements with a large capacity range from 500 litres/minute to 10,000 litres/minute. The lubricator (oil atomiser) adds oil with a viscosity of 32 mm²/s (=cSt) at 40°C to the pneumatic system for further lubrication of control components - pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic valves.
