Description

The gate valve is designed for installation on the pipeline as a shut-off device and regulation of medium flow in water supply systems (except drinking water supply) and chemical industry.

The operating principle of the gate valve is to move the gate (knife) perpendicular to the medium flow. At complete closing of the pipeline nominal bore diameter the flow is stopped, and at partial closing the flow is regulated.
