Description
The ball valve is used as a shut-off valve in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in steam, fuel and pneumatic systems with compressed air and neutral gases. Installation of valves of this series is possible in systems transporting liquid and gaseous media (water, oil, oils, steam, air, alcohols, glycol, etc.), non-aggressive to the materials of the valve.
Pneumatic actuators DNOVA double-acting rotary PA-DA are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves with a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
Pneumatic distributors are used for control in pneumatic systems with a NAMUR mating surface for installing distributors through through holes in the body. Electromagnetic control is carried out using voltage coils 12-AC, 12-DC, 24-AC, 24-DC, 110-AC, 220-AC. Depending on the model, distributors have one-sided or two-sided control. Pneumatic distributors with electromagnetic control have a wide range of models and include common types of switching for three (3/2) and five (5/2 and 5/3) linear pneumatic distributors. Intended for use with quarter-turn pneumatic actuators.
The manual override with worm gear and reduction gear allows manual setting of the required positioning of the shut-off element by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most effective and efficient solution for the entire range of manual override tasks.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the end positions of the shut-off element of the valve, tap or butterfly valve. It is installed on top of the surface of the pneumatic drive and connected to the DIN standard drive shaft. In a sealed box, as a rule, there are two sensors that monitor the position of the drive shaft and signal in extreme positions. OMRON microswitches, inductive sensors or reed switches are used as sensors. Visual indication of the position can be seen on the body of the unit there is a 3D visual indicator RED - CLOSED and GREEN - OPEN.
The air preparation unit is designed to clean compressed air from droplet moisture and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain pressure at a given level, and supply lubricant from the reservoir to the compressed air flow to the elements of the pneumatic system.
