Description
Butterfly valves are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Electric quarter-turn actuators DNOVA are designed for remote and local control of shut-off valves. They are widely used in gas, oil, metallurgical and food industries, in housing and communal services, etc. with ambient temperature from -20°...+70°C.
The enclosure is equipped with a heater (7-10W 220V) and has the following degrees of protection: IP67, NEME 4 and 6, anti-corrosion coating. Installation dimensions comply with the international standard ISO05211 / DIN3337. The actuator is equipped with a squirrel cage asynchronous motor, auto-locking of the actuator position, mechanical handle, thermal protection, X Y Z 10g vibration protection (0,2-34 Hz, 30 minutes) and is designed for repeated-short-time operation S2. The actuator stroke is 90° with an adjustment range of ±10°. The actuator stroke is limited by limit switches. Cable connection 2 x M18. Power supply is carried out by 3-phase alternating voltage 380 V with frequency 50 Hz.
