Description
Butterfly valves DNOVA GG25-316L-NBR are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for flow control in heat and water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. Butterfly valves should be installed only between collar flanges.
Pneumatic double-acting rotary actuators and pneumatic rotary actuators with return springs are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial shut-off valves - gates, ball valves. DNOVA pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.
Pneumatic valves are used for control in pneumatic systems with NAMUR docking surface, to install the valves through holes in the housing.
Limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of valve end positions. It is mounted on top of the pneumatic actuator surface and connected to the actuator shaft - DIN standard. The sealed box usually contains two sensors which monitor the position of the actuator shaft and signalize the end positions. Visual indication of the position can be observed on the body of the unit there is a 3D visual indicator RED-CLOSED and GREEN-OPEN.
Manual doubleturn actuator with disengaging clutch DNOVA HDM allows to manually set the required positioning of valves, dampers and other quarter-turn devices when replacing pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most efficient and effective solution to the full range of manual override applications.
The air treatment unit AFC2000 is designed to clean compressed air from moisture and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at a preset level, supply lubricant from a reservoir in the compressed air flow to the pneumatic system elements with a large capacity range from 500 liters/minute to 10,000 liters/minute. The lubricator (oil atomizer) adds oil with a viscosity of 32 mm²/s (=cSt) at 40°C to the pneumatic system for further lubrication of the control components - pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic valves.
