Description

A stainless steel ball valve is a reliable and versatile device for controlling the flow of liquids and gases in various industrial sectors. DNOVA ball valves are used as shut-off valves in heating, water supply, steam, fuel and pneumatic systems with compressed air and neutral gases. Installation of valves of this series is possible in systems transporting liquid and gaseous media (water, oil, oils, steam, air, alcohols, glycol, etc.), non-aggressive to the materials of the valve. The use of ball valves as regulating valves is not allowed.
Double-acting pneumatic rotary actuators and pneumatic rotary actuators with return springs are designed for automation of control process of industrial shut-off valves - gates, ball valves. DNOVA pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.

The electropneumatic rotary positioner is used to control pneumatic rotary actuators using an electric controller or control system with an analogue DC output signal with a range of 4 to 20 mA. The function of the positioner is based on the balancing of forces. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap type device and a feedback servomechanism (a system of springs and levers) to balance the control and feedback forces when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.

The DNOVA BV3232P(2pc)-FP-T-ISO-H PA-DA MON YT-1000RSN manual doubleturn actuator with disengageable clutch with feedback allows manual setting of the required positioning of valves, dampers and other quarter-turn devices when replacing pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most efficient and effective solution to the full range of manual override applications.
