Electric quarter-turn actuators DNOVA are designed for remote and local control of shut-off valves. Widely used in the gas, oil, metallurgy and food industries, in housing and communal services, etc. with an ambient temperature from -20°…+70°C.
The housing is equipped with a heater (7-10W 220V) and has the following protection classes: IP67, NEME 4 and 6, anti-corrosion coating. The installation dimensions comply with the international standard ISO05211 / DIN3337. The electric drive is equipped with an asynchronous motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, automatic locking of the electric drive position, a mechanical handle, thermal protection, vibration protection XYZ 10g (0.2-34 Hz, 30 minutes) and is designed to operate in intermittent mode S2. The stroke of the electric drive is 90 ° with an adjustment range of ± 10 °. Limit switches limit the stroke of the electric drive. Cable connection 2 x M18. Power supply is provided by a constant voltage of 24 V.
