Description

The butterfly valve is designed to be used as a shut-off or control valve for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply, in technological processes in the food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. Operating principle: The valves open and close by turning the disk 90°. Opening is done by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
DNOVA pneumatic rotary actuators double-acting PA-DA-XXX and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA-XXX are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves at a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
Pneumatic distributors are used for control in pneumatic systems with a NAMUR mating surface, for installing distributors through through holes in the body. Electromagnetic control is carried out using 12-AC, 12-DC, 24-AC, 24-DC, 110-AC, 220-AC voltage coils. Depending on the model, the distributors have one-way or two-way control. Pneumatic distributors with electromagnetic control have a wide range of models and include common types of switching for three (3/2) and five (5/2 and 5/3) linear pneumatic distributors. They are intended for use with quarter-turn pneumatic actuators. The limit switch unit is an electrical device designed to open and close the working circuit and to visualize the positions of the shut-off element of pipeline valves. In a sealed box, as a rule, there are two mechanical switches rated for voltage up to 250 V, which track the position of the actuator rod and signal in extreme positions. They are mounted on top of the actuator surface. The upper part of the limit switch unit contains a two-color hemisphere of the visual indicator. If the connected pipeline fittings are closed, only the red part of the hemisphere with the inscription CLOSED is visible; if open, only the yellow part with the inscription OPEN. This visual indicator is clearly visible from afar, which simplifies the inspection of the equipment, and the color difference between the open and closed positions reduces the likelihood of erroneous perception of information.
