Description
Gate valve is designed to be installed on the pipeline as a shut-off device and regulate the flow of working medium in water supply systems (except drinking water supply systems) and chemical industry.
Pneumatic valves are used for control in pneumatic systems with NAMUR docking surface for installation of valves through through holes in the body. Electromagnetic control, is realized by means of voltage coils 12-AC, 12-DC, 24-AC, 24-DC, 110-AC, 220-AC. Depending on the model, the valves have one-way or two-way control. Electromagnetically controlled pneumatic valves have a wide range of models and include common switching types for three (3/2) and five (5/2 and 5/3) line pneumatic valves. They are intended for use with gate valves with pneumatic cylinder. It can also be used on other pneumatically actuated valves.
Induction sensor is a non-contact type sensor designed to control the position of objects made of metals. It is not sensitive to other materials. Induction sensors are successfully and widely used to solve many problems of process automation in production. They are manufactured with normally open and normally closed contacts, but there are variants with both types of contact simultaneously. They work by changing the parameters of the magnetic field created by the inductance coil inside the sensor.
Air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture droplets and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at a given level, supply lubricant from the tank in the compressed air flow to the elements of thepneumatic system.
