Description
The WBV1331E-2W-F butterfly valve is designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for controlling flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
PA-DA double-acting pneumatic rotary actuators and PA-SA pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring are designed for automation of industrial valve control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm.
The electropneumatic rotary positioner is used for controlling pneumatic rotary actuators by means of an electric controller or control system with analog DC output signal range from 4 to 20 mA.
Operating principle: The positioner functions based on the balancing of forces. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap type device and a feedback servomechanism (spring and lever system) to balance the control and feedback forces when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.
