صُممت مشغلات ربع دورة كهربائية للتحكم عن بُعد ومحليًا في صمامات إغلاق الأنابيب المزودة بصمام إغلاق ربع دورة. تُستخدم هذه المحركات في مختلف قطاعات الاقتصاد الوطني: في الغاز، والنفط، والمعادن، وصناعة الأغذية، والإسكان، والخدمات العامة، وغيرها. تُركّب هذه المحركات مباشرةً على صمامات الأنابيب. تتوافق أبعاد التركيب مع المعيار الدولي ISO 5211. تُستخدم أربعة مفاتيح دقيقة لتحديد حركة عمود الخرج إلى مواضع نهاية مشغل الصمام. صُممت هذه المحركات للعمل في وضع التشغيل المتكرر قصير المدى S2 بزمن تشغيل يبلغ 10 دقائق.
